About the event

Each week alternates between guided meditations to soothe the nervous system and simple art therapy exercises like mandala coloring, intuitive drawing, blackout poetry, or vision board creation.

No art experience is needed—just a willingness to breathe, explore, and reconnect.

Come unwind, reset, and express yourself in a space where reflection and creativity flow together.

Perfect for those seeking mindfulness with a touch of magic.

In the event you purchase a session or event and it is cancelled due to extreme circumstances (storms, hurricanes, facilitator illness) participants are offered a full refund, credit towards another service or a raincheck for the next scheduled event. Participants unable to attend the event and cancel within 72 hours of the event will be offered a full refund, credit towards another service or a raincheck for the next scheduled event. Participants unable to attend the event  who must cancel within 48 hours of the event will not be entitled to a refund. Private sessions may be rescheduled up to 4 weeks later.
