Let go and Fly

small changes

Small changes = big deal

It happens all the time.  We make promises to ourselves to be better somehow.  Maybe it is going to the gym more often - or just going period.  Or maybe we want to lose a little weight and eat better.  Maybe it's something as simple as drinking more water.  Maybe there is a creative pursuit that we have thought about completing but time keeps going by and the painting isn't done or the book isn't written.

We are creatures of habit.  We get used to how we do things.  We like it.  We don't like change.  It is simply how we are built as humans.  With every change comes an uncomfortable period of transition.  At times we are forced into change and have no choice but to succumb.  When it is only our own self who is holding us accountable rules can change on a dime, commitment can sway and many times that healthy change is left by the wayside for the comfort of habit.

I decided to challenge myself to a 30 day cleanse.  I  have done this a handful of times but the last time had already been a couple of years.  During the 30 days I ask myself to take a break from consuming sugar, dairy, caffeine and alcohol.  I am already a fairly conscious eater so every time I start I always think it will be easy.  " Just a few minor tweaks really ." I tell myself the week before the big start date.

The first week always goes about the same. I realize I am acreature of habit who is completely unconvinced that the idea of challenging myself is at all necessary.   I go back to my "whys" and remember that it is worth it to me.  If nothing else being true to my own promises to myself are important on their own merit.  I remind myself  how much better I will feel.  I review the logical  guidelines that support my reasoning for delving into such an uncomfortable place. And most importantly - I forgive myself for not being perfect and begin again.

Some people will tell you that if you try and don't succeed you don't want something badly enough. Or maybe it's just not meant to be.

I say say that if your intention is true and your efforts are at least half hearted  - try try again .  I think failing 100 times is better than not trying at all.  I think this is true on many levels,  You learn something valid with every fail.  By failing my first week of cleansing I learned I am human and that habits are strong. I learned that being prepared makes the difference and that promises are hollow without investment. On another level  I was able to practice self - forgiveness , resilience and to  fear failure less.

The decision to do something different allows you the practice of making new choices and trying things you may not have.  This inevitably makes your world view larger.  Your energy field grows stronger as you grow stronger.

Which bring me me back full cycle to my original why...
to increase my frequency to make my life easier, more enjoyable and to serve my soul and the Universe to a higher degree.

I help people bless and  clear their homes, offices and spaces of heavy energy.  In my private healing sessions I often cleanse auras of heavy energy.  Keeping your energetic space clear and sovereign as possible is integral to maintaining a high frequency and optimizing your life.

There are many ways to clear energy and raise your vibration.  I lean heaviest towards the methods that do not require any tools outside of your own being.  That means you will always have what you need and it should always be free!

#1 way  to energetically cleanse your space....
Invite Love into your life.   Do this by holding the intention of love.  Breathe in love. Breathe out love.
Reflect on the lives of ascended masters and other amazing people who have brought love and compassion to humanity.

# 2
Maintain your focus.  Keep your mind focused on what you really really want.  All the time.
This can be your goals, dreams, desires.  It can mean seeing the outcome you desire.
When you see pollution in an area focus on what you can do to impact it and see the ara clean and clear, thriving. In a tough situation where it is a true challenge to think of anything positive focus on the gift of change and that what you are experiencing will change too.

#3
Clean something with intention.
Moving things physically moves energy. When we move energy it is easy to move heavy energy out and invite lighter energy in.  Pick even a small area to clean and as you move things around and wipe things down fill your mind with ideas of what you want to have happen in that space. When I clean my kitchen I intend to fill it with healthy food  and the  love and laughter of family and friends.

#4
Physically cleanse your body
Our physical and energetic bodies are obviously hand in glove. If you want your energetic vibration to be strong give your physical body some love.  If you are not inspired to change your diet or exercise consider an Epsom salt bath, treating yourself to essential oils or a massage. Love your body. It is your vessel in this life and your body deserves your love and care.

i think the greatest gift cleansing offers me is the opportunity to start over again and again. To notice myself and how I am making choices is a valuable opportunity for growth in all areas. Practicing maintaining a positive outlook and chipping away at resistance in general keeps me in the flow of abundance.

Thank you for joining me on my journey.
I appreciate your feedback.Your support is always noticed.
